Everyone in their lives at some point needs an EQ Enlightenment experience. It is truly a programme that needs you as a person to discover your full capabilities before sharing it with the world. My favourite session has to be the one where I took a moment to stare into the mirror and speak to my true successful self. It was about courage, self love and self awareness as an individual and really just taking that with you wherever you go
Not only did I learn new things during the EQ Enlightnment sessions, but it also helped me brush up my knowledge further on things that I thought I already knew! I was able to get in touch with my inner self in the most unimaginable way and I can share and impart that knowledge and experience with those around me. It was a great learning experience into understanding yourself with the right tools to use when it comes to dealing with people. It helped us learn to be more patient and understanding of people and how to communicate better with each other
The training was such a learning experience and a platform for exploration. The interaction between the facilitator (Joyce Constable) and the youth was motivational as trust was established, lasting relationships were built and most of all, lives were positively impacted with knowledge greater than that from the traditional four walls of a classroom
